Unless otherwise indicated, the website located at rollndine.com and the “Roll & Dine” mobile applications on AppStore and PlayStore (the “Services”), including all content and materials (including text, graphics, photographs, images, UI, audio, video, and computer code), are owned by Yevgeniy Kashkin, operating as Roll & Dine (sole proprietor registered in British Columbia, Canada), and/or its licensors.

Limited license

Subject to your compliance with our Terms,Yevgeniy Kashkin, operating as Roll & Dine, grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the Services and materials for your personal, non-commercial use. No other rights are granted. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, publish, display, perform, distribute, transmit, broadcast, sublicense, create derivative works from, or exploit any part of the Services without prior written permission. You must not remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.

No scraping / data mining

Automated or systematic extraction of data from the Services (including scraping, crawling, harvesting, or compiling data) is prohibited without our prior written consent.

Copyright complaints / TAKEDOWN REQUESTS

If you believe content on the Services infringes your copyright, send a notice to: admin@rollndine.com including: (1) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; (2) identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location (URL or other identifier); (3) your contact information; (4) a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized; and (5) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf. We may remove or disable access to the material and, where appropriate, notify the uploader and provide a process for counter-notices.

Enforcement

We take the protection of our intellectual property seriously and may pursue appropriate legal remedies for unauthorized use.

Trademarks

“Roll & Dine” and related names, logos, and marks are trademarks used by Yevgeniy Kashkin, operating as Roll & Dine. Use of these marks without permission is prohibited.
